Is there a fee for the family reunion? If so, how do I pay?
Rather than a reunion fee, we're asking for donations to help pay for expenses (e.g. paper and plastic products, porta potties, float decorations/candy, and miscellaneous non-food items - since most of the food is being donated or is potluck). The suggested amount is $10 per person above the age of 6, but amounts donated are up to each family. Donations can be made via Venmo, check, or cash.
What lodging is available at the reunion?
There are currently no extra rooms available at the Lodge. Give us a few years. 😉 Tent camping in designated areas is welcome. RVs are also welcome in designated areas. Unfortunately RV hookups are not yet available, but we hope to have them available in years to come. The Mountain Home Inn is one option to try. In addition, Airbnb seems to offer rentals in Roosevelt, Duchesne, and Vernal. There are also campgrounds and RV parks in the basin.
We have learned of someone willing to rent their camp trailer and deliver it to the Lodge. Please contact Anton (402-212-4414) if you are interested in learning more about this.
